Senior Product Manager, Intelligent Pay

Syndio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive the development of our Intelligent Pay solution. In this role, you’ll take ownership of critical features within our pay recommendations product, turning complex data into actionable insights that help customers make smarter, more equitable pay decisions. This is a great opportunity for an execution-focused, data-savvy product manager with experience in compensation, HR technology, or analytics-driven enterprise tools. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to refine features and drive adoption of pay intelligence tools that support strategic and fair compensation practices.
