Job Description
A da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical System. The role involves developing sales plans for the local market and becoming a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures to position oneself as a partner in the development of surgical teams.
With the support of the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager, the representative will work with senior hospital staff and key surgeons in the development and execution of a plan to effectively integrate the da Vinci at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to the system.
Further responsibilities include developing a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team, driving utilization, expanding the user base, converting leads, performing training activities, and the sales of instruments and accessories. Responsibly manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports.
