Functional Analyst

This Functional Analyst role at PingWind supports the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Architecture Technical Architecture Support (EATAS) project. Responsibilities include performing technical support services (technical assessments, quality assurance), delivering integrated strategic, technical, engineering, and programmatic support for the Target State Architecture and Migration Plan, conducting research and data analysis to identify trends, and analyzing programs and systems to recommend optimization and improvement. The role requires understanding project requirements, identifying and resolving issues, and contributing to the development and delivery of contract deliverables. Availability during core working hours is critical. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or 8 years of relevant experience), 1+ years of relevant experience, U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation. Expert communication and client management skills, self-motivation, detail-orientation, flexibility, and the ability to facilitate collaboration are also required.
