Job Description
Project Leadership:
- Lead mid to large-size projects from start to finish; work with clients, contractors, and other design team members.
- Provide detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and report information.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Mentorship and Training:
- Mentor less senior staff and promote teamwork.
- Participate in the TEECOMuniversity training program, developing new course content.
- Provide feedback on existing courses.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities through relationships and networking.
- Provide an excellent client experience that results in repeat work.
- Develop additional business with clients and attend industry events.
