Senior Product Manager, AI

About the Role:

• Own a defined AI capability area within the AI portfolio, reporting to the VP of AI Product Management.
• Partner closely with engineering, sales, GTM, and marketing to ship capabilities that solve real problems.
• Fully remote within the United States, working alongside a distributed product and engineering organization.

What You Will Own:

• End-to-end ownership of product execution from PRFAQ to launch to adoption.
• Work backwards from the customer, validating with real enterprise customers and making clear tradeoff calls.
• Drive engineering partnership by being technically credible and decisive on scope.

What You Will Deliver:

• PRFAQs and PRDs validated with customers before engineering starts.
• Shipped capabilities with measurable adoption and at least one named reference customer per major launch.
• Sales and GTM enablement that the field uses, and visible AI-driven PM practice.

Must Have:

• Seven or more years in product management, with at least three on a technical platform like database or AI infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in modern AI infrastructure and engineering credibility that earns trust from engineers.
• Customer obsession, strong written communication, and a shipping record of products from PRFAQ to launch.
