Structural BIM Technician

Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned structural modeling tasks using Revit while maintaining accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
• Develop sheet views, including plans, details, notes, and other documentation generated from Revit models.
• Monitor production schedules and remain aware of deadlines and milestones for assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Revit is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with concrete, wood, steel, and light gauge building structures.
• Strong understanding of structural drafting and BIM production workflows.
