About the Role:
- Work directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and launch workflows that drive adoption and outcomes.
- Own the full delivery loop: discovery, scoping, building, shipping, and measuring impact.
- This is a new startup-like team inside Workwize—no PM specs, just client value.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years shipping software real users depend on, across web apps, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience running client calls, scoping work, and pushing back when needed.
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and comfortable using AI tools to move fast.
Location & Ways of Working:
- Hybrid from Amsterdam preferred, with remote options in the UK or elsewhere in Europe.
- Occasional client travel once or twice a year.
- Flexible work environment with growth opportunities and team events.
