Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role:

• Deliver AI and automation solutions directly into customer environments.
• Own deployments from workflow discovery through go-live.

What You'll Do:

• Lead customer deployments end to end, managing delivery and relationships.
• Map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and address blockers.
• Configure and deploy agents across ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, and custom tools.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years in forward-deployed engineering, applied AI, or technical consulting.
• Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and APIs.
• Integration experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, and webhooks.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range €110,000 to €200,000.
• Remote within the UK with frequent travel to customer sites across UK and EU.
