Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Java developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Work with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to define and deliver software solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing practices, and security guidelines.

Management:

  • Mentor and coach team members, providing regular feedback and career development guidance.
  • Track and report progress using Agile and/or traditional project methodologies.
  • Implement and enforce CMMI Level 2 processes for project monitoring and configuration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Java development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and diverse stakeholders.
