Operations Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a technically-minded and communicative Operations Solution Engineer to join our team. You will be the bridge between engineering, operations, commercial and quality, helping design and deliver great solutions that make our processes smarter, faster, and more scalable. In this role, you'll develop automations and integrations using Python and Javascript, improve data and workflow quality, and act as an advisor for both technical and non-technical teams. As an Operations Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical advisor and liaison between engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. You will design and build technical solutions, including internal tools, scripts, and automations, with Python and JavaScript. Collaboration between technical stakeholders and non-technical users to identify pain points is crucial to translate them into actionable engineering tasks. Troubleshooting and optimize platform integrations and ensure smooth data flows as well as building scalable, self-serve solutions for common workflows comes with the role. Someone who is a natural problem solver, passionate about improving operations and building tech that scales is needed.
