As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering product solutions that align with the unique needs of our merchants. You'll act as a key liaison between Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring a seamless experience for our merchants from initial onboarding to full-scale deployment. This role combines technical expertise, product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to driving our merchants success.

Develop the technical design for cloud-based solutions, focusing on virtualization, networking, and storage components. Influence architecture decisions across Luxor Cloud by contributing original research, conducting advanced performance analysis, and applying deep expertise in cloud infrastructure. Design solutions for business-critical, highly complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet stringent performance, security, and scalability requirements.

Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration of Tally into various data platforms. Equally adept at understanding complex retail operations and technologies, designing data-driven integrations, implementing solutions, and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As an Implementation Engineer, you will set clients up for long-term success on Clutch products by managing the implementation process for our Customers. You will drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s platform, crafting the best possible experiences for users, and troubleshooting solutions in various client environments. This involves improving products and managing implementation projects.
