Job Description

Implement integrations between Canals and integration partners, including ERPs (Eclipse, P21, Infor), by using standardized templates and API credentials. Become an ERP subject-matter expert, understanding how each system handles data, access, authentication, and configuration. Join pre-sale discovery calls to evaluate feasibility and answer ERP-specific technical questions. Lead post-sale integration work: collect access details, configure endpoints, test connectivity, and validate end-to-end data flow, while troubleshooting integration issues, escalating to the Lead Support Engineer or Engineering when needed. Participate in customer onboarding and go-live calls as the technical owner of the integration process. Document integration steps, ERP nuances, and repeatable best practices for internal and customer use. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure each integration goes live smoothly, and occasionally cover on support (Zendesk) as needed.
