You'll play a central role in onboarding and implementation by configuring integrations and validating data flows, becoming an expert in how Canals interacts with distributor ERPs. This technical, customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems communicate and wants to build deep expertise in the ERP ecosystem. You will support customers both pre-sale and post-sale.

The Implementation Engineer ensures client satisfaction through successful installation of Intapp solutions. This role improves the client’s business efficiency and functionality; and applies advanced knowledge and experience to projects. This includes project scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, and support.

As an Implementation Engineer, you will bring Tonkean solutions to life, building and configuring workflows based on designs, connect systems, leverage APIs, webhooks, and integrations to connect systems and automate workflows end-to-end. This role requires strong troubleshooting, creative problem-solving, and a passion for building scalable automation and custom applications.
