HL7 Development Engineer

As a scale up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Works closely with the Director of Integrations on new interface architecture, project progression, escalated support issues, and out-of-scope work efforts. Performs and assists with various technical interface tasks, including but not limited to establishing connectivity, decision-making on complex mapping, and interface design. Independently leads high-complexity and high-visibility interface projects to ensure resilient design and implementation. Performs interface peer reviews and provides feedback on interface builds as necessary to adhere to best practices. Oversees interface project progress to ensure progress and assist with roadblocks. Serves as the first line of triage for escalated project issues and support tickets. Responsible for reporting all escalations, issues, and roadblocks in a timely fashion. Ensures best practices and standards are being implemented appropriately across all projects.
