About the Role:
- You will be responsible for developing, training, and optimizing state-of-the-art LLMs to scalably enforce Reddit Rules.
- You will partner closely with Safety teams to identify and build solutions that keep users safe as Reddit grows.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, optimize, and deploy ML models for NLP tasks, including large language models.
- Implement and maintain training pipelines with distributed training for performance and efficiency.
- Conduct model evaluations, performance analysis, and optimization to improve accuracy and reduce biases.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant MLE experience in NLP, deep learning, and AI model development.
- Strong background in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Expertise in distributed training frameworks and data preprocessing techniques.
