Motion Design Lead

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative teams to concept, storyboard, design, and animate high-fidelity content across broadcast, web, and immersive experiences.
• Drive motion strategy and elevate visual craftsmanship while streamlining production through cutting-edge technology.
• Partner with Creative Directors to develop visual stories and maintain uncompromising standards of design excellence.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in motion design with emphasis on advanced 3D workflows.
• Technical mastery in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Figma, with a solid foundation as a 3D generalist.
• Proven experience integrating AI platforms like NanoBanana, Midjourney, Topaz, and Firefly into production pipelines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with real-time engines Unreal Engine 5 or Unity, and interactive motion platforms Lottie, Rive, Spline.
• Advanced VFX in Houdini or Maya, AR/VR/XR spatial design, and proficiency in Premiere, Audition, DaVinci Resolve.

Compensation:

• Salary range $108,000 - $142,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and market conditions.
• Remote position within the United States, with some location restrictions.
