Program Manager Master

This Program Manager Master role within the Health and Human Services (HHS) Division focuses on Strategic Initiatives. The contractor will be key across the HHS Division, handling Strategy, Project Management, and Integration Management. They will actively manage small to mid-sized projects, conduct analyses, develop strategic business cases, workplans, and recommend new operational plans. Additionally, they will mentor team members and build strong relationships with partners. The PM leads planning and management of organizational initiatives, including analyses, business cases, project and operational management plans, and execution. They will support HHS teams, foster collaboration, and effectively communicate ideas in writing and verbally to different audiences. They will develop timelines and detailed workplans for initiative teams and develop recommendations based on data from multiple stakeholders to support effective decisions. Responsibilities include organizing and directing contract support functions, managing teams, maintaining client interfaces, and ensuring conformance with program schedules and costs.
