Job Description

The Client Specialist supports the Account Executives in developing business relationships and increasing revenue. You will need strong multi-tasking abilities with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills. This is a sales role, where revenue retention and growth, creativity, and quality outcomes are key to our success. Develop knowledge of client environment and processes to identify existing and potential applications and opportunities for Experian products and services. Coordinate communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership vetting, and legislative requirements. Identify product,-cross sell and up-sell opportunities and take the lead or work with the Account Executive. Research and identify sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production center/ teams or specific accounts across all solution suites. Provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings. Provide product training to users to ensure client utilization of Experian services. Communicate client account maintenance needs and requests to team members. Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationship. Collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities. Lead client discussions with our teams (Program Manager, Technical Account Manager, Delivery, and Product Management) to ensure that we are meeting client requirements.
