Contract & Budget Associate

Position Summary:

• The Contracts & Budgets Associate develops and negotiates study budgets and legal agreements.
• Works closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure alignment with timelines.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on protocol requirements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and maintain contract files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in clinical research.
• 1 year of relevant experience drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
