Public Relations Manager (EMEA)

This role involves supporting the Senior Manager of Public Relations and SVP of Public Relations in PR activities related to the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Main responsibilities include coordinating PR programs, managing the PR agencies that KnowBe4 contracts in the EMEA region and driving KnowBe4’s PR strategy across the region, while aligning with KnowBe4’s overall global PR strategy. You will focus on key and developing markets in the EMEA region, such as UK, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa, the Nordics and France. Working with EMEA-based teams of PR agencies to develop content for articles, blogs, media response opportunities, and media interviews is another core responsibility. Supporting KnowBe4’s media relations in the region, helping to secure media coverage through agency support, promoting localization efforts, and working closely with KnowBe4’s Channel Marketing team to publicize channel initiatives will also be integral to this position.
