Role Responsibilities:
- Reliable, Scalable CS Systems: Administer the CS tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, to ensure data integrity, automate workflows, and improve tool adoption.
- Renewal & Partner Program Infrastructure: Design and execute cross-functional systems projects, such as the self-serve renewal platform, integrating technical requirements like APIs with customer-centric strategy.
- Data Visibility That Drives Decisions: Build reporting infrastructure for real-time insights into retention and performance, using data analysis to influence hiring and quota-setting decisions.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Salesforce & CRM Administration: Deep hands-on experience building workflows, custom objects, and automations in Salesforce, ideally with an admin certification.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools to build reliable reporting and translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Operational Planning: Experience owning planning cycles like capacity modeling and OKR setting with a structured, data-driven approach.
