Software Design Engineer

We are looking for a fully remote, experienced Software Design Engineer to be a part of a team that is focused on building cutting-edge AI infrastructure for Copilot Studio whose mission is to accelerate the AI development lifecycle through streamlined CI/CD pipelines and transparent benchmarking for GPT models, open-source models, and in-house models. As a Software Design Engineer, you'll be involved in AI infrastructure and quality monitoring, AB testing, shadow testing, and evaluation, 24/7 monitoring, and stability. Backend-focused engineering is also a key aspect of this role. Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required.
