Sr Director, Business Process Automation

The Senior Director will managing the overall PMO group for the Next Gen Finance project and will create and lead the Business Process Automation team under the Next Gen Finance project at Mattel. The NextGen Finance program aims to modernize the global finance function by changing the way we work and transforming processes. The candidate should have a solid background in Business Process Automation and leading large scale ERP implementations. In this role, the candidate will have PMOs from the Next Gen Finance Program and will lead the overall program management. The candidate will be part of a team that collaborates with accounting, technical, and other finance and business integration teams. The role will be the business owner of BPA influencing and making decisions about the future of the product and processes.
