Job Description

The Store Operations Support Specialist will conduct operations assessments in all US stores.

  • Measure operational performance by evaluating various factors.
  • Provide hands-on training during assessments with a positive attitude.
  • Evaluate all systems in stores to ensure compliance with standards.

The Specialist will facilitate educational programs on operations evaluation and improvement.

  • Partner with various stakeholders to develop targeted training.
  • Educate the marketplace on current and revised standards.
  • Perform calibration visits with marketplace leaders and share best practices.

Additional responsibilities include participating in special programs and providing data.

  • Support the testing and rollout of new innovations or product launches.
  • Act as a resource for information to the marketplace.
  • Maintain communication with WRC, marketplace leaders, and Franchisees.
