Job Description
The Store Operations Support Specialist will conduct operations assessments in all US stores.
- Measure operational performance by evaluating various factors.
- Provide hands-on training during assessments with a positive attitude.
- Evaluate all systems in stores to ensure compliance with standards.
The Specialist will facilitate educational programs on operations evaluation and improvement.
- Partner with various stakeholders to develop targeted training.
- Educate the marketplace on current and revised standards.
- Perform calibration visits with marketplace leaders and share best practices.
Additional responsibilities include participating in special programs and providing data.
- Support the testing and rollout of new innovations or product launches.
- Act as a resource for information to the marketplace.
- Maintain communication with WRC, marketplace leaders, and Franchisees.
