Job Description

A visionary leadership role with a passion for advocacy within Guardianship. The Executive Director will facilitate governance by scheduling and attending meetings of the Board of Trustees, Members, and Subcommittees, and complete administrative tasks as requested by the Board. Additionally, the Executive Director develops and facilitates educational and training programs on guardianship best practices, conducts small training events in county community centers, and plans the KGA’s Annual Conference for State and Private Guardians. Services may be performed remotely except for the in-person training programs and meetings with communities throughout the Commonwealth to develop awareness of the KGA.
