Finance Director, GTM

The Finance Director, GTM will play a pivotal role at Bloomreach, serving as the strategic bridge between the FP&A organization and our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and being a trusted advisor to the business, helping to drive performance, operational rigor, and sustainable growth. This role involves leading, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and impact. A strong background in GTM Finance, Sales Compensation Planning, and Commissions, along with deep financial acumen, fluency in GTM metrics, and building collaborative relationships are required. Responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team, owning sales performance metrics, fostering strategic business partnering, financial analysis & reporting, forecasting & budgeting, pipeline management, and sales compensation planning.
