Data Operations Analyst

About the Role:

• We're looking for a Data Operations Analyst to own lead and account data quality across our sales pipeline.
• You'll ensure every prospect entering the pipeline is accurate, deduplicated, enriched, and ready for the field.
• This is a high-impact role blending technical depth with business judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure leads and accounts are accurate and deduplicated regardless of source system.
• Set and refine standards for lead quality and routing.
• Own CRM data health by cleaning duplicate records and maintaining account structures.

Qualifications:

• 5-6+ years in data operations or go-to-market engineering.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including account structuring and deduplication.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Remote within the U.S., full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Pay Rate: $60 - $75/hour plus benefits.
