About The Job:

  • Own exchange operations and performance by serving as the primary product owner.
  • Provide strategic product leadership by defining and maintaining the product vision.
  • Drive monetization and exchange optimization by applying expertise in supply and demand dynamics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure ongoing stability and rapid resolution of incidents in partnership with Engineering and Programmatic stakeholders.
  • Align priorities with company goals, market trends, and leadership direction.
  • Improve performance and scalability with auction mechanics, pricing, formats, and partner mix.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management within AdTech.
  • Deep familiarity with programmatic advertising and standards, including OpenRTB, Prebid.
  • Strong ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals.
