We are looking for a curious and proactive Junior Facebook Ads Manager to join one of Ruby Labsโ fastest-growing legal-tech products. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads who is ready to grow, contribute, and learn in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. Key responsibilities include conducting competitor research to identify creative trends and ad angles, sourcing and suggesting new creative ideas for ad testing, launching and monitoring Facebook ad campaigns, and assisting in optimizing and scaling campaigns based on performance data. The role also requires tracking and controlling complaints, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines, analyzing performance, identifying trends, and managing marketing data using Google Spreadsheets. Contributing to the creation of weekly performance and data reports is also expected.
