About the role:
- Novellia is hiring its first Site Reliability Engineer to join Platform Engineering as its second member.
- You'll work directly with the Head of Platform Engineering to establish reliability foundations.
- We believe reliability is a problem-solving discipline, not just tooling.
What you'll do:
- Design the human side of reliability: on-call rotations, incident roles, blameless postmortems.
- Build and operate the core reliability toolkit: observability, CI/CD, infrastructure as code.
- Embed with product engineers to make services more operable and raise operational literacy.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in SRE, platform, DevOps, or backend roles with production ownership.
- Comfortable in Python, Go, or TypeScript, and willing to go into application code.
- Strong collaboration instincts and self-directed, comfortable without a playbook.
