What You Own:
- Site Reliability Engineering: build SLO framework, on-call rotation, and incident command.
- Production Support: define severity tiers, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Engineering Operations: set sprint discipline, release rituals, and compliance artifacts.
Who You Are:
- Ten+ years in engineering, five+ in SRE or platform ops at enterprise software companies.
- Experienced with multi-tenant infrastructure and have built SLOs and on-call rotations from scratch.
- You earn trust through actions, not title, and see process as leverage.
