In this role, you'll design and scale the data and model-serving systems that keep Titan's AI platform fast, reliable, and production-ready. Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and middleware layers to serve ML and LLM models at scale, ensuring high availability and low latency. Implement validation, observability, and monitoring frameworks for data and ML systems.

This role involves architecting and maintaining client-specific and internal RAG pipelines, collaborating with enterprise clients to assess data landscapes and retrieval requirements, and optimizing embedding models for accuracy and efficiency. You will also design retrieval strategies, establish evaluation metrics, and maintain documentation for internal and client teams, staying current with advancements in vector databases and retrieval frameworks.

Drive new revenue from small to medium banks, fintechs and credit unions as an Enterprise Sales Executive. This is a full-cycle role, from prospecting and relationship building, to solution selling, to closing multi-year AI, SaaS and services contracts.

You will be responsible for designing, creating, and improving AI agents and orchestration for our customers. Architect agent frameworks capable of reasoning across multiple steps and data sources. Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to understand reasoning needs, workflows, and tool integration requirements.

Develop and scale products that bring large language models (LLMs) and machine learning capabilities to banks. Design, implement, and scale backend services and APIs that power the platform, ensuring reliability and high performance. Build interfaces and APIs connecting backend logic with modern web or mobile clients. Work on scalability, load balancing, and performance tuning of web server backends with evolving workloads.
