Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll for employees in multiple countries, oversee daily processing operations, and manage tax liabilities and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, resolve employee queries, research tax laws, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and Legal teams, and lead the payroll team to foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on multinational payroll experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Professional payroll certification, team management experience, and proficiency with CloudPay, ADP, and strong Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations, strong organizational skills, clear communication, and commitment to data confidentiality.
