As a Senior Software Engineer on the Growth Engagement team, you'll build products and platforms that help customers discover value faster.
You'll partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to identify opportunities, validate ideas through experimentation, and deliver impactful experiences.

What You'll Do:

Design, build, and maintain customer-facing features that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate across teams to translate customer feedback and analytics into product decisions, and run experiments using feature flags and A/B testing.
Write high-quality code, contribute to architecture, and mentor teammates through technical leadership and code reviews.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications.
Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB, and experience with AI-assisted development tools.
A product mindset, experience with experimentation frameworks, and the ability to balance customer needs with technical tradeoffs.
