Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Learning

The Associate Director, Medical & Scientific Learning Excellence will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across Medical Affairs and Health Impact (MHI) to develop and execute comprehensive learning and training resources on disease state, product, and treatment landscape. For assigned therapeutic areas, the Associate Director will incorporate adult learning principles and leverage evidence-based cognitive learning principles to develop robust learning plans and curricula for Global Pipeline, US, and International teams within MHI. The Associate Director is expected to lead planning, development, and delivery of scientific learning for internal stakeholders across MA&HEOR. Building strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to advance internal medical and scientific knowledge will be key. They will be responsible for developing learning content across the product lifecycle, including self-paced modules, live and virtual training, and knowledge retention tools. An ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization is critically important to successfully develop and deploy valued and impactful scientific learning. The Associate Director will drive advancement of medical and scientific learning from onboarding through ongoing learning, for the purpose of achieving and maintaining expert-level scientific knowledge.
