Staff Software Engineer, Web (Angular)

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, performant, and maintainable code and guide less experienced engineers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend, design, and product management.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience building web applications with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and fluency in agentic coding workflows like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proven communication and project management skills across diverse teams and functional areas.

Growth Timeline:

• Within 1 month: complete onboarding, ship first code with mentoring, and understand team’s roadmap and Agile processes.
• Within 3 months: independently deliver frontend features, follow engineering best practices, and contribute to team activities.
• Within 6 months: author technical specs, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate effectively with product managers on timely delivery.
