The Role:

  • Lead a small development team to build and maintain frontend infrastructure for our platform.
  • Work directly with the CTO to shape strategic direction for architecture, development practices, and team culture.
  • Balance project priorities, technical debt, and customer needs while supporting engineers' growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Expand and mature the development team, fostering a culture of security and continuous learning.
  • Drive a frontend roadmap delivering intuitive, performant, and reliable experiences.
  • Collaborate with product and development leaders to manage execution across initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years in software development or site reliability engineering with hands-on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and cloud services like AWS.
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks, microservices, and agile methodologies.
