Instructional Design Team Lead (Contract, Remote)

As the Instructional Design Team Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth collaboration within the Instructional Design Team, your departmental colleagues, as well as subject matter experts and stakeholders in other departments. You will lead the coordination of project timelines, manage approvals, facilitate communication, and support the overall workflow of our learning programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structured planning, strong communication, and turning goals into actionable steps for the team. The person will plan learning design projects with instructional designers, translate project plans into clear task lists, and serve as the main point of contact. They will also manage e-learning projects while supporting communication efforts and contributing to process improvements.
