Job Description
As a Strategic Product Advisor, you will deeply understand the value proposition of Applied’s solutions and the intended use and outcomes of these solutions within our largest accounts. You will embed our training and adoption into customer-specific SOPs and workflows. You will navigate a complex matrix of customers and provide deep insights to create a link between usage and economic value that can drive product adoption. Responsibilities include building and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) presentations to our customers focusing on their corporate initiatives, business value, solution adoption and usage. You will identify adoption barriers and work across our product, engineering and services teams to help tackle those customer challenges, as well as develop, implement and maintain adoption programs that drive value to customers and increase product adoption. You will also deliver hands-on training to user groups to drive adoption of commercial quoting solutions.
