Director of Partnerships

Take ownership of PolicyMe's external partner relationships by ensuring smooth execution, optimizing collaboration across teams, and driving strategic initiatives that maximize value for both PolicyMe and its partners. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and executional excellence. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, owning high-stakes initiatives and ensuring alignment across internal teams (Product, Operations, Growth, Engineering, and Customer Success). Responsibilities include owning and managing key partnerships by fostering trust, identifying opportunities, and addressing key challenges. Drive external project planning & execution, lead new partner activation and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Continuously optimize how PolicyMe engages with partners, improve processes, and drive long-term success.
