Lead Structural Engineer - Building Design

About the Role:

• Serve as technical lead for complex structural design projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee engineering processes and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute high-level analysis and review of project documents for compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement standards and guidelines for engineering activities.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical aspects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering with structural emphasis.
• 12-20+ years of related experience and at least four years supervising technical personnel.
• Registered professional with strong communication and decision-making skills.
