Overview:
- Geosyntec is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Structural Business Development Leader to grow our national Dams and Hydraulic Structures practice.
- This role involves innovative heavy-civil projects including dams, spillways, levees, and flood walls.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development activities, including regional strategy, client engagement, and proposal preparation.
- Provide technical leadership on dam safety inspections, structural evaluations, and risk analyses.
- Mentor staff and drive success in technical excellence, budget, schedule, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis and PE/SE; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of dam engineering experience and familiarity with USACE, USBR, and FERC guidelines.
- Proven client management and business development success with willingness to travel.
