Engineering Manager, Clariti Launch

Clariti is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow our core Launch Platform engineering team focused on building robust backend systems that power government technology solutions. This is a player-coach role where you will not only lead, mentor, and manage a talented team of engineers but also contribute technically through hands-on coding, design reviews, and architectural input. You'll spend a portion of your time developing software solutions alongside your team, staying current with technical challenges while building highly-modular, core systems of record from the ground up, introducing automation into complex government workflows and developing new models for interaction between governments and citizens. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, Herman Chan you will be instrumental in driving the execution of your team, ensuring the sustainable delivery of high-quality software that delivers significant business and customer impact. This position will manage, mentor, and foster the career growth of a diverse team of engineers (junior to senior), providing regular feedback, coaching, individual development plans, and identifying growth opportunities. Partner with our Product team to explore new possibilities, represent Engineering perspectives, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
