Clariti is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow our core Launch Platform engineering team focused on building robust backend systems that power government technology solutions. This is a player-coach role where you will not only lead, mentor, and manage a talented team of engineers (including junior, intermediate, and senior developers) but also contribute technically through hands-on coding, design reviews, and architectural input. You'll spend a portion of your time developing software solutions alongside your team, staying current with technical challenges while building highly-modular, core systems of record from the ground up, introducing automation into complex government workflows and developing new models for interaction between governments and citizens.
