Own the team’s delivery, driving predictable progress through proactive risk identification and mitigation, while ensuring clear, timely communication with stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement and innovation, using continuous delivery, SRE, and DevOps to enhance our delivery speed and quality. Foster a highly engaged, collaborative, and psychologically safe team focused on continuous improvement. Coordinate incident response and ensure each incident becomes a learning opportunity.
