Product Operations Manager

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Product Operations Manager to join our Product team, focused on delivering best-in-class user experiences to air cargo customers and partners. This role provides an entrepreneurial opportunity to advance the digitalization of air freight and logistics within a fast-growing Series B company. As part of the product organization, you'll integrate with airline partners and develop airline products that bring value to the platform and partners. Your responsibilities include simplifying and automating key monitoring processes, running integration projects for new partner airlines, investigating operational issues, supporting market launches, implementing enterprise forwarder onboarding processes, highlighting feature gaps, and implementing tooling to improve internal operations. Actively communicate within the organization, aligning technical and business stakeholders on ongoing projects.
