Job Description
Papa is looking for a Senior Back End Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Elixir services. This role involves owning large-scale system components from architecture to deployment, ensuring the development of clean, well-tested, and well-documented code. You will work across the stack to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our applications, while collaborating with engineering and product teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals.
Responsibilities include contributing to our GraphQL API design and implementation, enabling seamless integration with mobile, web applications, and vendor services. Further, you will proactively identify areas for improvement in systems and processes, lead initiatives to address them, and participate in technical planning, estimations, and decision-making to help guide the direction of our platform.
