The mission:
- You will maintain, improve, and evolve the backend system that powers our AI agent for Customer Success.
- Execute improvements, resolve incidents, optimize performance, create testing environments.
- Enable the continuous evolution of the agent.
The expected outcomes:
- High operational stability: The AI agent's backend operates with low latency, sustained stability, and minimal technical incidents.
- Solid and scalable architecture: The system evolves towards a modular, decoupled structure prepared to handle volume increases without degradation.
- Continuous iteration: Ongoing improvements, experiments, and variants are developed to evolve the agent's behavior and efficiency.
Why YOU should apply:
- Mastery of Python as the primary language for service development.
- Experience with distributed systems, concurrency control, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience working with AWS (Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM).
