What you'll do:
- Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
- Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
- Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts.

- First agency experience and email copywriting for DTC brands.
- Project management skills to keep tasks and deadlines organized.
- Reliability, owning mistakes, and applying feedback.
