Senior Design Engineer, Growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Transform product concepts, Figma explorations, and AI-generated ideas into production-ready React experiences within short development cycles.
• Build and own high-impact Growth surfaces, ensuring excellent interaction design, accessibility, performance, and overall user experience.
• Establish and maintain a high quality standard for AI-assisted product development through reviews, examples, reusable patterns, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience across both product design and front-end engineering, with a portfolio of shipped interfaces, components, or customer-facing experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and front-end architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or equivalent solutions.
